Melissa Crow, Founder
As the founder of The Efficient Assistants, Melissa Crow knows what you’re talking about. She has already had exceptional training and experience doing exactly what she is offering to do for you.
It officially began with an Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Assisting degree from Spencer School of Business. Once she had her formal credentials, she put them to work in the billing department as a data entry clerk and then in the small business department of a California bank as a loan secretary.
For the last six years Melissa has worked in the executive search industry, getting her initial training in the industry at Spencer Stuart, the largest private search firm in the world. Melissa’s latest role as the office manager of a boutique executive search firm with seven partners provided her with valuable experience building a small business from the ground up. To get it all done, she has learned to type at over 90 words per minute and skillfully take advantage of office software programs. Her favorite services include creating presentations and helping small businesses put on a “corporate face.”

Danelle Crow has worked for five years as an office assistant at the law office of Benjamin and DelPiccolo, staff counsel of Zurich Insurance. While in this position, Danelle performed a variety of tasks, including accounts payable, opening and closing files, answering phones and working closely with attorneys, managers and vendors.
